We use this information to prepare and review an estimate, contact you about your request, support the delivery of our services, respond to questions and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not add marketing purposes that are not described here.

We process information where it is necessary to respond to your request and prepare or provide the requested service, where you have given consent (including for Analytics), or where processing is needed to comply with a legal obligation.

Kover may use technology providers for hosting, storage, communications and website operation. They process only the data needed to provide their services and act on Kover's instructions.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed to handle your request, provide the services and meet any applicable legal obligations.

7. Cookies and Google Analytics

Kover uses Google Analytics only when you consent. It helps us understand, in aggregate, how the public website is used and improve it. Analytics is optional: refusing it does not prevent you from using the website or estimate tool. Personal data entered in our forms is not sent to Google Analytics.
